Salman Khan’s sister Arpita Khan’s wedding has the talk of the town for a while now. The wedding reception, which took place on Friday at Taj Lands End, saw the whole industry come together to wish the newly weds. Amidst the guest list were Govinda and David Dhawan. According to our sources, the two have buried the hatchet over a glass of wine and embraced each other and the peace maker was none other than the Kick star.
Now we all know that Govinda had opened up about his equation with David Dhawan during his Kill Dil interviews when he informed that he would never work with David again because he ousted him from Chashme Baddoor. He was pissed at the fact that David had promised to cast him in the role, which was eventually played by Rishi Kapoor, and re-casted his character without informing him. Chi Chi felt hurt that one of his best buddies in the film industry did so to him behind his back. But the two were made to have a hearty chat at Arpita’s reception bash on Salman‘s insistence. The two decided to speak their hearts out and sort out the differences. Once the misunderstandings were sorted the two were once again seen spending a happy time together. Now isn’t that lovely?
With Govinda back in the acting business with some great films like Holiday, Kill Dil and Happy Ending, wethinks it was good that he let bygones be bygones. We hope the two come together and give us another rocking film, just like they used to in the 1990s. Wouldn’t it be fun Bollywoodlifers?
